我們的工程技術(shù)人員利用有限元和多體動力學仿真技術(shù)對設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)進行力學建模，并對模型的靜動態(tài)剛性、振動特性、熱特性進行分析。為產(chǎn)品設(shè)計提供精確的分析數(shù)據(jù)，在源頭上保證產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量。
Mechanical modeling and characteristic analysis (including static, dynamic rigidity, vibration characteristics and thermal characteristics) of equipment structures are made using finite element analysis and multi-dynamics simulation technology.
利用拓撲優(yōu)化、形狀優(yōu)化、尺寸參數(shù)優(yōu)化、可靠性設(shè)計等先進的優(yōu)化分析算法進一步優(yōu)化設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)與各項性能參數(shù)，達到所設(shè)計產(chǎn)品性能的優(yōu)化。
